Building With Containers

Cargo containers are built from high gauge steel, making them extremely durable and extremely strong. On the high seas, containers are often stacked nine stories high and exposed to rough wind and rain conditions. They are made for applications that demand higher structural integrity than residential housing, and as such, container homes will outperform wood frame homes in their structural integrity. Containers are ISO certified. The dimensions of containers are exact from one container to another, which eliminates fitting problems and guesswork and leads to shorter construction time.

Creating Modules

Container architecture allows Envision Prefab to address modular construction from an entirely different perspective than other modular homebuilders. Whether single or multifamily, Envision Prefab’s housing modules allow for a unique combination of unit types and styles. Stack them, rotate them, create balcony spaces or covered terraces as desired. Whether for use in large communities or urban infill sites, Envision Prefab’s modules allow the freedom and flexibility to create custom combinations to meet anyone’s needs.
